Do you have any questions?
Here are the answers!

Before your first appointment, you will receive an email asking you to describe your needs, goals, and availability. We will then schedule an in-person or phone consultation to develop a personalized program. This program can be tailored for a group or an individual. Finally, we begin with an initial session that consists of a workout and a structured physical assessment to identify limitations, evaluate abilities and the technique of each movement, check motor responses and reaction time, and thus finalize the personalized program—that is, the one best suited to the needs and preferences of the group or individual.

As mentioned above, the initial session is an assessment and adaptation session. Follow-up sessions will allow us to adjust, correct, and work together toward our initial goals. Regular follow-up sessions that evolve over time promote safe and optimal progress based on your physical and mental condition.

Yes, provided that the injury has been diagnosed and is being monitored by a doctor, and that the doctor has given permission to engage in physical activity.

Yes, it is possible—and even strongly recommended—to exercise if you have Alzheimer’s disease or dementia. In fact, physical activity helps slow cognitive decline and maintain independence, improves quality of life, and reduces the risk of falls, even though exercises must be adapted. My expertise is particularly relevant for people with a genetic predisposition who wish to prevent dementia, as physical exercise combats neurodegeneration by epigenetically modulating genes, thereby reversing the epigenetic clock through mechanisms such as changes in DNA methylation, histone modifications, and microRNA regulation, leading to increased neuroplasticity, neurogenesis (new neurons), and reduced inflammation, thereby protecting brain health and potentially reversing age-related cognitive decline.

No, there is no age limit beyond which physical activity becomes ineffective.
On the contrary, several studies show that resistance training is associated with increased longevity and a better quality of life, particularly among older adults. These studies suggest that regular resistance training, even for a relatively short duration each week (for example, 30 to 60 minutes), can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and potentially increase life expectancy. In addition, strength training helps maintain muscle mass, which is essential for preserving function and mobility as we age.
